“The first version of Ski Bar dates back to May 1969. My parents, Joseph and Rinette, embarked on this adventure, managing to buy this perfectly located establishment at auction. The bar quickly became a meeting point for all generations, and a place appreciated for its atmosphere. I started working with my parents in 1976-77. I felt at home here, as did the customers who, year after year, were happy to find their memories here. Until a few years ago, I met people who remembered coming here with their parents, and then in turn with their own children.
In 1998, when my parents retired, my wife Conchi and I decided to give the place a facelift and change the decor. Lovers of Swiss and Austrian styles, we decided to go all-wood. The place was a hit with customers and boosted business. Over the last 20 years, it has been a pleasure to welcome our customers, to advise them, to please them, to make their stay as pleasant as possible. What happy memories!
